Cancellation Policy

All portraits & branding photography sessions requires 50% Retainer of booked services paid to book the date and time of the needed photography services. For portrait sessions and branding session, client forfeits their retainer paid to book the session when cancelling. The retainer can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by calling 72 hours prior to the date of session and rebooking at an agreeable date & time if available. For weddings & events, if for any reason the Client cancels before the scheduled wedding date or event date, the Photographer will keep the wedding or event retainer and all additional payments received up the the date of cancellation as a cancellation fee. Cancellation must be made and sent in writing, by email or mail. However, if the Client requires to change the wedding or event date, I will do my best to accommodate the change and all payments received will go towards the new date and additional payments will required by Client to honor original contract. If I am not available for the new date, a new contract will need to be created with a new agreement on cost & payments for photography services can not be guaranteed to not increase.
